A Family Legacy in Women's Fashion

Welcome to Mothers and Daughters Fashion – a family-run women's clothing boutique with over 30 years of heritage in affordable, quality fashion.

The business started over 30 years ago with Mum and Dad working market stalls in the East End of London and South London markets. They then grew the Mothers and Daughters range, adding footwear to the collections and accessories.

Time passed by and they decided they weren't getting any younger, pulling out the market stalls in all weather conditions. They decided to move into shop locations, and my two brothers continued to run the markets with the footwear whilst Mum and Dad, myself, and Joanne worked the shops.

As time went on, so did retirement to the Southwest. Due to rising costs, they did not continue with Mothers and Daughters Fashion, but it was always their ambition—as old as they were—to restart the business name and share affordable fashion again.

Reborn with Purpose

Sadly, before this could happen, we lost our Dad. As time passed, we decided to restart again for our Mum, to give her some purpose back. Well, what a transformation! So with Mum at the driving seat and myself and Joanne steering, and her knowledge and contacts, Mothers and Daughters Fashion was reborn again.

Baby steps, but hopefully we can grow as they did.
